In compliance with the regulations set by Colombia’s Communications Regulation Commission (CRC), we want to inform you about the Excluded Numbers Registry (RNE).

What is the RNE?
The Excluded Numbers Registry is a database managed by the CRC containing the mobile numbers registered to stop receiving commercial, advertising or promotional messages. Its purpose is to protect privacy and prevent unwanted messages from reaching users.
How do you sign up?
To sign up, register through the CRC’s online services portal, under the Excluded Numbers Registry (RNE) option. Registration is free.

- Register your mobile phone number.

Obligations for companies
Before sending commercial or advertising messages, companies must screen their databases against the RNE. Authorized informational or transactional messages are not advertising.
