Legal framework

Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees, compiled in Single Decree 1074 of 2015, supervised by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Our role

For the messages our customers send, we act as Data Processor, following their instructions. For our own contacts and customers, we act as Data Controller.

Data subject rights

You can access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, revoke your authorization, request proof of it and file complaints with the SIC. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support form.

Purposes

Delivery of contracted services, support, billing, authorized commercial communications and compliance with legal obligations.
